Dealer OS · Desking

Every deal worked to the last cent

Price, fees, products, sales tax and money already taken roll into one bill of sale. Nobody retypes a figure.

Desking

  • One set of numbers

The bill reads its price from the deal and its payments from the ledger.

  • Tax follows the lines

Mark a fee or product taxable once and the bill works out the rest.

  • Rates the store sets

APR, loan length and money down come from settings, so every listing quotes alike.

  • Paperwork that checks itself

Each delivery item reads on file, missing or not needed.

Deposits

Take money against a deal

Record a deposit, refund or fee with its method, reference and salesperson. It shows up as paid on the bill.

  • Card, debit, e-transfer, cash or cheque
  • Pending or completed, with a verified mark

Payments

A monthly figure on every car

Shoppers see the price with tax and an estimated payment for the term and down payment they choose.

Finance defaults

Your rate, your term

Managers tune the interest rate, term, down payment and tax rate in one place. The storefront follows.

Deal jacket

Delivery without the scramble

Insurance, lien payout and the signed bill are tracked per sale. A signature older than the current bill is flagged.

Questions

Questions about desking

Can a bill go out with gaps?
It can be previewed, but a bill missing its price, buyer, VIN or tax province cannot be issued.
Who can open deal documents?
Only the deal's own people and managers. Licences and insurance slips stay with the rooftop.
