Dealer OS · Appraisal

Trade offers you can explain

Key the VIN, odometer and condition. The range comes from live listings of the same build and your rooftop's policy, with every step shown.

Appraisal

  • Priced from listings

The high end starts at the build's median asking price, the low end at its lower quartile.

  • Your policy applied

Recon reserve, pack, margin and mileage rates come from the rooftop's settings.

  • Managers where it matters

An offer above the range waits for approval before the customer hears it.

  • Nothing lost on a no

A declined appraisal keeps its inputs, evidence and offer for next time.

Questions

Questions about appraisal

What if the market is thin?
Fewer than twenty live listings is marked thin. With no listings at all there is no range, and the offer goes to a manager.
Can a salesperson change the policy?
No. Changing reserve, margin or approval rules takes the business settings permission.
