Dealer OS · Agents

Agents draft. People send.

The agent reads the lead, the thread and your stock, then writes the reply. Nothing leaves until a person clicks send.

Agents

  • Drafts, never sends

Every message arrives as a draft to insert, edit, revise or dismiss.

  • Starts where you are

Open a lead or a thread and it starts there.

  • Asks before writing

A note bound for a customer's timeline waits for Approve or Deny.

  • Answers from your data

Managers ask about sources, aging or pipeline and get a table back.

Suggested replies

A reply ready when they text

When a customer texts or emails, a suggested answer appears above the composer and its owner gets a notice.

  • Revise it shorter, warmer or toward a time

Approvals

Writes wait for a yes

Each step and every record it read is shown. Nothing lands on file until approved.

Only records the person asking can see. Floor prices and margins never appear in drafts.
Does it work with Gmail?
Email drafts can be saved into the rep's Gmail drafts folder, still unsent.
