Full recall reportOn certain vehicles, a wrong diameter clamp may have been used to join the window airbag to the gas generator. In the event of a side impact collision, gas may escape from the joint between the two components and the window bag may not fully deploy. Correction: Vehicles will be inspected and entire window bag will be replace if required.

Potential consequence
THE WINDOW AIR BAG MAY NOT FULLY DEPLOY IN A SIDE-IMPACT COLLISION, INCREASING THE RISK OF INJURY TO THE VEHICLE OCCUPANT.
Remedy
DEALERS WILL INSPECT THE WINDOW AIR BAG UNITS AND, IF THE WRONG OR INCORRECTLY INSTALLED CLAMP IS FOUND, THE ENTIRE UNIT WILL BE REPLACED.
