Issue: On certain vehicles, the release cable for the hood latch may be too tight. As a result, the latch could release, and the hood may open suddenly while driving. Corrective Actions: McLaren will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to inspect it and ensure that the driver's airbag is properly connected.
Issue: On certain vehicles, the foam pad between the floor and the fuel tank could retain moisture. Over time, this moisture could cause corrosion to the tank and result in a fuel leak.
