If signs of thermal damage exist, the Power Relay Assembly will be replaced. This could result in a loss of motive power while the vehicle is in motion, which could increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will inspect, and if necessary, replace the EPCU assembly. Note: Ioniq Hybrid and plug-in Hybrid models are not affected by this recall.
