Summary
Issue: On certain vehicles converted for wheelchair access by Vantage Mobility, the wheelchair tie-down retractors may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the retractor(s) may not lock automatically. If this happens, the wheelchair may not be secured correctly and could move in a crash. Note: This recall only affects certain Q'Straint QRT-DELUXE and QRT-MAX wheelchair retractors with the part number Q8-6200 or Q8-6209. Safety Risk: A wheelchair that moves in a crash could increase the risk of injury. Corrective Actions: To reduce the safety risk, Vantage Mobility recommends you confirm the wheelchair is secured properly by attempting to move it before driving until the recall repairs have been completed. Vantage Mobility will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a Vantage Mobility service center to inspect and, if necessary, replace the wheelchair retractor(s).

Note: This recall only affects certain Q'Straint QRT-DELUXE and QRT-MAX wheelchair retractors with the part number Q8-6200 or Q8-6209. Issue: On certain vehicles, the side curtain airbag(s) may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the airbag(s) may not inflate properly in a crash. Safety Risk: A side curtain airbag that doesn't work properly could increase the risk of injury in a crash. Corrective Actions: FCA Canada will notify owners in writing and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the side curtain airbag(s), as necessary.

Potential Consequence
An unsecured wheelchair can move during transit, increasing the risk of injury.
Remedy
Rollx will work with Q'Straint to inspect and replace the retractors as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed February 5, 2026. Owners may contact Rollx's customer service at 1-800-956-6668.
