The rearview camera may display a distorted, inverted, or blank image when the vehicle is in reverse.
Potential consequence
A rearview camera that displays an inverted, distorted, or blank image can reduce the driver’s view behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Dealers will inspect and replace the rearview camera as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed January 13, 2026. Icon Vehicle Dynamics, LLC (Icon) is recalling all 05-UP FSD 2.5 Centerline Stabilizer Kits with part number 65050. The kits were sold as an accessory for certain 2005-2021 Ford F-250 4X4 and F-350 4X4 pickup trucks. The foam ring inside the stabilizer "through shaft" may block the piston ports, possibly causing the steering to lock up.
Potential consequence
If the steering locks, it can increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy

On certain vehicles, door latch shielding may not be sufficient. As a result, water could enter into the side door latch and freeze, causing the latch mechanism to bind after opening. In addition, latch actuation cables may have been bent or kinked during installation, and could result in latch binding. A frozen door latch, or bent or kinked actuation cable may result in a door that will not open or will not close. If a latch does not fully engage the door striker, there is a potential for a door to open while the vehicle is in motion, which could increase the risk of injury. Correction: Dealers will install water shields over the door latches and the door latch actuation cables will be inspected and repaired if needed.

Certain vehicles equipped with 6.2L gasoline engines and 6R100 transmissions may fail to conform to Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (CMVSS) 102 - Transmission Control Functions and CMVSS 114 - Theft Protection and Rollaway Prevention. The park rod actuating plate may have been damaged during manufacturing, which could inhibit transmission parking pawl engagement. If the operator were to move the shift lever to park, the transmission may not achieve mechanical park, which if the parking brake is not applied, could result in unintended vehicle movement, increasing the risk of injury and/or property damage. Correction: Dealers will inspect the park rod actuating plate and replace as necessary. Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2017 Ford F-250 Super Duty trucks equipped with 6.2L engines and six-speed automatic transmissions. These transmissions may have a damaged park rod actuating plate that can result in unexpected vehicle movement even though the transmission has been shifted to 'Park.' As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 102, "Transmission Shift Lever Sequence/Starter Interlock/Transmission Braking Effect", and number 114, "Theft Protection."
Potential consequence
Unexpected vehicle movement such as a vehicle rollaway can increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Ford will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the park rod actuating plate and replace it, if necessary, free of charge. The recall began on June 1, 2017. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. Ford's number for this recall is 17C06.

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2017 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks manufactured August 10, 2016, to September 17, 2016. The frame reinforcement bracket may not have been attached to the front fuel tank strap, allowing the fuel tank strap to separate from the frame.
Potential consequence
A fuel tank strap that separates and allows the fuel tank to contact the ground may cause a fuel leak, increasing the risk of a fire.
Remedy
Ford will notify owners, and dealers will inspect and, if necessary, install the reinforcement bracket, free of charge. The recall began on February 7, 2017. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. Ford's number for this recall is 16S45.

Certain vehicles may be missing a support bracket where the front fuel tank strap attaches to the frame. Through continued use, the lack of reinforcement could lead to the fuel tank strap separating from the frame. If this occurs, the fuel tank could move out of position, potentially contacting the ground and causing a fuel leak. A fuel leak, in the presence of an ignition source, could result in a fire causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will install reinforcement brackets as necessary.

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain model year 2017 Ford F-250 SD, F-350 SD, F-450 SD, and F-550 SD trucks manufactured March 21, 2016, to August 28, 2016. The protective shield on the fuel conditioning module may have inadequate adhesion, allowing the shield to become dislodged.
Potential consequence
If the shield becomes dislodged, the drain valve may open resulting in a fuel leak. A fuel leak, in the presence of an ignition source, increases the risk of a fire. Under certain conditions, significant liquid fuel on the road surface may cause a slip hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Ford will notify owners, and dealers will replace the protective shield, free of charge. The recall began November 11, 2016. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. Ford's number for this recall is 16S39.
