On certain vehicles, the seat belt tension sensor wiring of the front passenger occupant classification system could fatigue and break over time. This could result in the front passenger airbag, knee airbag, and passenger seat-mounted side airbag to become deactivated, which in the event of crash, could increase the risk of injury to the occupant. Correction: Dealers will modify or replace the front passenger seat belt assembly as necessary. Note: If the tension sensor wiring were to break it could cause the airbag warning light and the passenger airbag "OFF" indicator to illuminate.

United States records (NHTSA) · 3

These are NHTSA campaigns for 2010 Lexus LX vehicles sold in the United States. They are not Canadian recalls: NHTSA's VIN lookup has no Canadian data, and a US campaign may have no Canadian counterpart, or one under a different number covering different vehicles. For a vehicle sold in Canada, go by the Transport Canada listing above and Lexus's Canadian VIN lookup.
