Summary

On certain vehicles, the fuel tank control valve may have been improperly manufactured. A fuel leak during a vehicle rollover event, in the presence of an ignition source, could lead to a fire causing injury and/or damage to property. Summary

On certain vehicles, the headlamps could rotate during a crash, which could cause the wiring to the front impact sensor to detach prior to a signal being recorded by the Occupant Restraint Controller (ORC). This could result in non-deployment of airbags and pretensioners during a crash where deployment is warranted, which could increase the risk of injury to vehicle occupants. Correction: Dealers will modify the front impact sensor wiring harness and re-route and secure it.
