Issue: On certain vehicles, the tire and loading information label does not list that there is no spare tire in both official languages. The label reads as "NONE" when it should read as "NONE / AUCUN". Canadian regulations require the information to be listed on the label in both English and French. Safety Risk: This error does not affect vehicle safety. Corrective Actions: This is not a recall. The company has corrected the tire and loading information label for all new vehicles.
Issue: On certain vehicles, water could leak into the power liftgate control module. If this happens, the control module could short circuit. Safety Risk: A short circuit could create a fire risk, even while the vehicle is parked and turned off. Corrective Actions: FCA Canada will notify owners by mail. The corrective actions for this recall are under development. FCA Canada advises that you should park your vehicle outdoors and away from other vehicles or structures until the recall repairs have been completed.
Issue: On certain vehicles with a two-speed power transfer unit (PTU), the input splines on the front differential may wear and fail. If this happens, there could be a loss of power to the wheels. In addition, the PARK position may not hold the vehicle in place. This could allow the vehicle to move unexpectedly when parked. Note: This is an expansion of recall W47 (Transport Canada recall 2020-261). Safety Risk: A vehicle that loses power to the wheels or moves unexpectedly could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: FCA will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to update the software for the power transfer unit. This update will maintain vehicle propulsion by engaging rear wheels if the input splines fail. It will also prevent the vehicle from moving unexpectedly when transmission is in PARK by activating the parking brake.

On certain vehicles, an electronic fault may create a situation where the cruise control cannot be deactivated. If this occurs and the driver does not apply the brakes or shift the transmission to neutral, the vehicle could maintain speed or accelerate without warning, increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. In case of fire, failure of the extinguisher to function could result in injury and/or property damage. Correction: Dealers will replace the seats or seat sets as necessary.

Correction: Dealers will replace the suspect front right halfshaft.
