Summary

Issue: On certain vehicles, the brake booster input rod may not have been tightened properly. As a result, the input rod could detach from the brake booster and cause a loss of brakes. Safety Risk: A loss of brakes can increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: FCA Canada will notify owners in writing and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and, as necessary, tighten the brake booster input rod connection or replace the brake booster.

Issue: On certain vehicles, the tire and loading information label does not list that there is no spare tire in both official languages. The label reads as "NONE" when it should read as "NONE / AUCUN". Canadian regulations require the information to be listed on the label in both English and French. Safety Risk: This error does not affect vehicle safety. Corrective Actions: This is not a recall. The company has corrected the tire and loading information label for all new vehicles.

Summary

Issue: On certain vehicles, the connector for the driver and/or passenger-front seat belt buckle sensor(s) could fail and cause the seat airbag(s) to deploy with too much force. Note: This problem would cause the airbag warning light to display on the instrument panel or the seat belt reminder chime and warning light to stay on, even if you're buckled. Safety Risk: An airbag that deploys with too much force could increase the risk of injury in a crash. Corrective Actions: FCA Canada will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the connector for the driver and/or passenger-front seat belt buckle sensor(s).

Issue: In certain situations, the braking system could apply too much force to the brake rotors. If this happens, the brake rotors could crack and suddenly cause reduced braking. Note: This recall only affects vehicles equipped with carbon ceramic matrix brakes. Safety Risk: Reduced braking can cause an extended stopping distance and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: FCA Canada will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to update the brake system module (BSM) software.

Issue: On certain vehicles, the fuel gauge may display the wrong fuel level (higher) when parked on a slope of at least 10 degrees. This could cause a driver to believe there is fuel when the tank is empty. In the worst case scenario, the vehicle could unexpectedly run out of fuel and stall. Summary

Issue: Under specific driving conditions, the driver may not be able to cancel the adaptive cruise control (ACC) setting. Safety Risk: If the driver does not shift to neutral or apply the brakes to stop the vehicle, this can cause a crash without warning. Corrective Actions: The company will notify owners by mail. Summary

Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2017-2019 Alfa Romeo Giulia and 2018-2019 Alfa Romeo Stelvio vehicles. The fuel pump may fail, which can result in a loss of fuel flow and loss of drive power.

Potential Consequence

A loss of drive power increases the risk of a crash.

Remedy

Dealers will replace the fuel delivery module, free of charge. Interim notification letters, notifying owners of the safety risk, were mailed October 7, 2025. Additional letters will be sent once the final remedy is available. Owners may contact FCA customer service at 1-800-853-1403. FCA's number for this recall is 93C. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning September 16, 2025. The information in your report suggests that Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) may have been aware of this issue more than five business days before filing a report with NHTSA. Please be reminded that under Federal law, this agency is to be notified of all safety defect and/or noncompliance decisions within five business days. 49 CFR 573.6 Significant civil penalties can be assessed for this violation.

Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2019-2020 Alfa Romeo Giulia and Alfa Romeo Stelvio vehicles. The fastener that connects the brake pedal and the brake booster may have been improperly assembled during manufacturing, which can cause the brake pedal to detach from the brake booster.
