Full recall reportHonda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling certain 2023-2026 CR-V Hybrid, Accord Hybrid, and 2025 CR-V Fuel Cell EV vehicles that were previously remedied under NHTSA recall number 26V366. When using the tire repair kit, pressure may build within the sealant bottle, causing the bottle cap to detach.
Potential consequence
A detached bottle cap can become a projectile and strike the user or others nearby, increasing the risk of injury.
Remedy
Dealers will inspect and replace the tire repair kit nozzle, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed November 16, 2026. Owners may contact Honda's customer service at 1-866-784-1870. Honda's number for this recall is PPW. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning October 17, 2026. Vehicles previously repaired under recall 26V366 will need to have the new remedy completed.

Issue: On certain vehicles, if the tire repair kit nozzle is not properly attached to the tire valve, pressure could build up in the sealant bottle. Corrective Actions: Honda will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the nozzle on the tire repair kit. If the sealant bottle has been previously used, it will be replaced.

The driver's seat cushion frame may not have been tightened properly, which can result in a loose seat. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 207, "Seating Systems."
Potential consequence
A loose driver's seat may not adequately restrain the driver during a crash, increasing the risk of injury.
Remedy
Dealers will replace the driver's seat cushion frame, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 10, 2026. Owners may contact Honda's customer service at 1-888-234-2138. Honda's numbers for this recall are ONC, KND, BNE and ZNF. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will become searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning February 5, 2026.
