Issue: On certain vehicles, a software problem could cause the combination meter in the instrument cluster not to display when the vehicle is started. As a result, you may not be able to see certain information about the vehicle, including warning lights and malfunction tell-tales. Note: This recall only affects vehicles equipped with a 12.3-inch display. Safety Risk: Warnings, tell-tales and gauges that don't display could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: The company will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to update the combination meter software.

United States records (NHTSA) · 2

These are NHTSA campaigns for 2024 Toyota Mirai vehicles sold in the United States. They are not Canadian recalls: NHTSA's VIN lookup has no Canadian data, and a US campaign may have no Canadian counterpart, or one under a different number covering different vehicles. For a vehicle sold in Canada, go by the Transport Canada listing above and Toyota's Canadian VIN lookup.
