Issue: Under certain conditions, the Rivian Highway Assist (HWA) advanced driver assistance system may not work properly. Safety Risk: A driver assistance system that doesn't work properly could increase the risk of a crash if the driver doesn't intervene. Corrective Actions: Rivian has already repaired all affected vehicles by releasing software update 2025.18.30 over-the-air to fix the issue. Rivian will notify owners by email. Rivian reminds that HWA is only an advanced driver assistance feature, and that the driver must pay attention and be ready to take control at all times when the feature is engaged.

Safety Risk: Front turn signals that don't work may cause a person not to recognize when a driver intends to turn or change lanes and could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Action: Rivian will notify owners by email and advise you to take your vehicle to a Rivian service center to inspect and, if necessary, replace the front turn signal lamps.

Under certain conditions, using the feature could cause various exterior lights not to work properly.
