Porsche Cars North America, Inc. (Porsche) is recalling certain 2024-2026 Panamera, Cayenne, and 2025 Panamera E-Hybrid vehicles. The fasteners securing the high pressure fuel pump may not be tightened properly, resulting in a fuel leak.
A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire.
Dealers will inspect and tighten the screw connections and replace the high pressure fuel pump and fuel lines as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 19, 2025. Owners may contact Porsche customer service at 1-800-767-7243. Porsche's number for this recall is ASA9. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning October 10, 2025.
Issue: On certain vehicles, a retaining ring on top of the suspension strut may become loose and detach. If this happens, air could leak from the spring and cause a drop in ride height. This could affect vehicle handling and stability. Safety Risk: A change in vehicle handling or a loss of stability could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Porsche will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, secure the retaining ring(s).
Issue: On certain vehicles, a software problem could cause the headlamps to become incorrectly aimed while reversing. As a result, the vehicles may not meet certain requirements of Canadian regulations. Safety Risk: Headlamps that aren't aimed correctly could cause reduced visibility and/or glare for oncoming drivers and could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Action: Porsche will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to update the central control unit software.
