If the throttle sticks open while the vehicle is moving, a crash could occur without prior warning. Vehicle with this conditions could have the throttle stick open after a cold soak or they can experience a frozen throttle while driving. Correction: Dealers will install new parts that integrate with the coolant system to heat the PCV lines and avoid PCV freezing.
