Issue: On certain vehicles, a software problem could cause the high-voltage starter generator to turn off. If this happens, there could be a loss of power to the wheels. Note: This recall only affects certain hybrid AMG models. Safety Risk: A sudden loss of power to the wheels could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Mercedes-Benz will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to update the high-voltage starter generator software.

United States records (NHTSA) · 1

These are NHTSA campaigns for 2025 Mercedes-Benz S-Class vehicles sold in the United States. They are not Canadian recalls: NHTSA's VIN lookup has no Canadian data, and a US campaign may have no Canadian counterpart, or one under a different number covering different vehicles. For a vehicle sold in Canada, go by the Transport Canada listing above and Mercedes-Benz's Canadian VIN lookup.
