Issue: On a small number of vehicles, the head restraint on the front passenger seat may not have been properly welded. As a result, the head restraint could move or detach from the seat in a crash. Corrective Actions: General Motors will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, replace the front passenger seat frame.

Dealers will inspect and replace the front passenger seat frame, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed June 23, 2025.
