THE AXLE RETAINING "C" CLIP IN THE DIFFERENTIAL MAY DISLODGE AND ALLOW THE AXLE, WHEEL AND BRAKE DRUM TO SEPARATE FROM THE VEHICLE WHEN SUBJECTED TO SIDE FORCES. AXLE SEPARATION COULD RESULT IN LOSS OF VEHICLE CONTROL AND POSSIBLE CRASH.
On certain vehicles, the heads of the rear seatbelt anchor bolts may break off during normal vehicle use and in the event of an accident in which the rear seatbelts are in use, the probability of injury to the wearer will be increased.

On certain vehicles, the lower rear control arm to frame bolts may fracture causing lower control arm to drop free. If this happens vehicle damage or crash without warning may occur.
THE OUTER FRONT WHEEL BEARINGS MAY EXPERIENCE INADEQUATE LUBRICATION THAT MAY CAUSE WHEEL BEARING FAILURE. THIS CONDITION COULD RESULT IN FRONT WHEEL SPINDLE DAMAGE AND LOSS OF VEHICLE CONTROL.
VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH FRONT BENCH SEATS. VEHICLES HAVE BEEN EQUIPPED WITH INCORRECT FRONT SEAT HEAD RESTRAINTS WHICH DO NOT COMPLY WITH FEDERAL SAFETY STANDARD 201 - OCCUPANT PROTECTION. THE INCORRECT HEAD RESTRAINTS CAN INCREASE THE POSSIBILITY OF HEAD INJURY TO REAR SEAT PASSENGERS IN THE EVENT OF A VEHICLE CRASH.
THE REAR BRAKE WHEEL CYLINDER RETAINER MAY NOT BE PROPERLY INSTALLED SHOULD THE RETAINER DISENGAGE, THE WHEEL CYLINDER COULD MOVE OUTWARD CAUSING A LOSS OF BRAKE FLUID AND LOSS OF REAR BRAKES.
