Issue: On certain vehicles, the fuel tank temperature (FTT) sensor harness could become damaged by contact with the fuel pump connector and could short circuit. If this happens, the fuel pump fuse could blow and cause the engine to stall while driving. Safety Risk: A sudden loss of engine power could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Action: General Motors will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and reroute the FTT harness or replace the fuel pump assembly, as necessary.

On certain vehicles, a defect in the occupant classification system could allow an adult sitting in the front passenger seat to be classified as a child or an “empty seat”. This would suppress the airbag, which could increase the risk of injury in a crash. Correction: Dealers will replace the occupant classification system electronic control unit.

United States records (NHTSA) · 2

These are NHTSA campaigns for 2015 Chevrolet City Express vehicles sold in the United States. They are not Canadian recalls: NHTSA's VIN lookup has no Canadian data, and a US campaign may have no Canadian counterpart, or one under a different number covering different vehicles. For a vehicle sold in Canada, go by the Transport Canada listing above and Chevrolet's Canadian VIN lookup.
