Corrective Actions: Honda will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to add grease to the steering gearbox and replace the electronic power steering spring.

Note: On Accord models, only the driver's side pretensioner could be affected. On HR-V models, both the driver's and passenger's side pretensioners could be affected. Safety Risk: A seat belt pretensioner that doesn't work properly could increase the risk of injury in a crash. Corrective Action: Honda will notify owners by mail and advise you to bring your vehicle to a dealership to inspect the seat belt pretensioner(s). If a rivet is missing, the pretensioner will be replaced.
