Issue: On certain vehicles, the radio may not have been manufactured properly and/or there could be a problem with the radio software. Corrective Actions: FCA Canada will notify owners in writing and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, replace the radio. The dealer will also update the radio software, as necessary.
