Move to a served API version. The `Cardog-Version` header named a dated version that is past its support window.

What happened

A 409 version_sunset means the version you pinned is known but no longer served. A version is served for 12 months after the next one lands; message names the day it stopped. Nothing about the request other than the version is wrong.

Do this next

Read the migration guide linked in hint, update your integration to the newer shape, and send a version hint names (or upgrade the SDK, which pins its own date). Omitting the header returns the oldest version still served.
