Certain ACDelco Advantage wheel hub spindles, manufactured by Bearing Technologies Ltd., contain a defect which may affect vehicle safety. The spindles have studs with oversized protruding shoulders that may make assembling the part difficult with certain aftermarket brake rotors (original equipment rotors are not affected). If this difficulty in assembly is not heeded, the defect may cause a vibration of the vehicle or wobbling of the wheel on which the hub is installed. If a driver does not stop the vehicle, this may lead to a loss of vehicle control. Affected parts are ACDelco Advantage wheel hub spindles, Part No. 19360602 (BR930676K), sold between November 21, 2016 and October 2, 2017. Parts manufactured with these studs have any of the following LOT codes etched on the face of the spindle: FH38, FJ38, FN38, FP38, FS38, FV38, FY38, FZ38, and HC38.
