AN IMPROPERLY INSTALLED SPRING POTENTIALLY LACKS SUFFICIENT TENSION AFTER THE EMERGENCY BRAKE IS APPLIED AND COULD CAUSE THE BRAKE TO RELEASE. THIS COULD RESULT IN VEHICLE ROLL AWAY AND A POSSIBLE CRASH. CORRECTION: A LONGER TENSION SPRING WILL BE INSTALLED ON THE BRAKE HANDLE LOCKING MECHANISM OF AFFECTED VEHICLES.

THE STEERING SHAFT UNIVERSAL JOINT UPPER LOCKING BOLT MAY NOT HAVE BEEN SUFFICIENTLY TORQUED. AN UNDER TORQUED LOCKING BOLT COULD EVENTUALLY LOOSEN AND RENDER THE STEERING SYSTEM INOPERATIVE. CORRECTION: THE STEERING SHAFT UNIVERSAL JOINT UPPER LOCKING BOLT WILL BE REPLACED AND PROPERLY TORQUED.
