Summary
Issue: On certain vehicles, the tire and loading information label does not list that there is no spare tire in both official languages. The label reads as "NONE" when it should read as "NONE / AUCUN". Canadian regulations require the information to be listed on the label in both English and French. Safety Risk: This error does not affect vehicle safety. Corrective Actions: This is not a recall. The company has corrected the tire and loading information label for all new vehicles.
POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION:LEVER AND LINKAGE:COLUMN SHIFT
Summary
Prime-Time Specialty Vehicles (Prime-Time) is recalling certain 2014-2019 Paratransit vehicles equipped with 3.6L engines. The transmission shifter cable may separate and disconnect from the transmission, causing the vehicle to not perform shifts intended by the driver and the gear shift lever position not matching the actual transmission gear.
Potential Consequence
The driver may be unaware of the actual gear position and unintended vehicle movement can occur, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy

Powertrain
Summary
Issue: On certain vehicles equipped with a 3.6 L engine, the transmission gear shift cable may have been damaged during vehicle assembly. As a result, the shift cable could disconnect from the transmission. If this happens, the transmission will not shift gears when the shift lever is moved. If a driver attempts to exit the vehicle while the transmission is not in the Park position, and the parking brake is not applied, the vehicle could move suddenly. Safety Risk: Sudden and unexpected movement of the vehicle could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: FCA Canada will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to replace the transmission shift cable.

Chrysler (FCA US LLC) is recalling certain 2015-2018 Ram ProMaster vehicles equipped with 3.0L diesel or 3.6L gasoline engines and air conditioning (A/C). The engine cooling fan may seize which can cause the cooling fan motor to overheat.
Potential Consequence

Summary
Issue: On certain vehicles equipped with air conditioning (A/C), the engine cooling fan could potentially stall or seize. This could cause the cooling fan circuit to overheat. In some cases, this may cause the Check Engine and/or the Engine Temperature Malfunction Indicator Lights to turn on. Safety Risk: A cooling fan circuit that overheats could increase the risk of a fire. Corrective Actions: FCA will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to replace the engine cooling fan module.
SEATS
Summary
New England Wheels (New England) is recalling certain 2014-2018 Ford Transit and 2014-2019 Ram Promaster 2500 and 3500 vehicles modified to be equipped with Freedman Go-ES Foldaway seats. When the back seat cushion is rotated from the stowed position to the upright position, the seat cushion may not remain locked into place when under load, such as in a crash or a sudden stop.
Potential Consequence
In the event of a crash, if the seat back moves, the seat occupant has an increased risk of injury.
Remedy
New England has notified owners, directing them to contact Freedman for repairs to the foldaway seats, free of charge. The recall began May 27, 2019. Owners may contact Freedman customer service at 1-800-443-4540 or New England at 1-800-886-9247.
SEATS
Summary
Mobility Transportation Services (MobilityTrans) is recalling certain 2014-2018 Ford Transit and Ram Promaster vehicles and 2014-2015 Ford Econoline vehicles modified to be equipped with Freedman GO-ES Foldaway Seats, part numbers 43705, 45467, 48923, and 75719. When the back seat cushion is rotated from the stowed position to the upright position, the seat cushion may not remain locked into place when under load, such as in a crash or a sudden stop.

Seats And Restraints
Summary
On certain wheelchair-accessible vehicles, the bolts used to attach the removable seats to the floor may contain a defect and could break in the event of a crash, creating a risk of injury. Correction: Dealers will replace the defective bolts.
Accessories
Summary
On certain vehicles equipped with the Roadside Emergency Kit containing a Kidde fire extinguishers with black plastic handles and valves, the fire extinguishers may become clogged or require excessive force to activate. Also, the nozzle may detach from the valve assembly with enough force that it could cause injury, and fail to discharge. In case of fire, failure of the extinguisher to function could result in injury and/or property damage. Correction: Dealers will replace the suspect Kidde fire extinguisher with a new Kidde fire extinguisher with a steel nozzle. EQUIPMENT
Summary
Chrysler (FCA US LLC) is recalling various Dodge, Chrysler, and RAM vehicles equipped with Kidde Plastic-Handle or Push Button 'Pindicator' Fire Extinguishers. A list of the affected trailer models is available at: https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/rcl/2017/RMISC-17V824-0103.pdf. These extinguishers may become clogged, preventing the extinguisher from discharging as expected or requiring excessive force to activate the extinguisher. Additionally, in certain models, the nozzle may detach from the valve assembly with enough force that it could cause injury and also render the product inoperable. Potential Consequence
If the fire extinguisher does not function properly, it can increase the risk of injury in the event of a fire.

Summary
Certain vehicles may fail to comply with the requirements of Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (CMVSS) 208 - Occupant Protection in Frontal Impacts. The sunvisor airbag warning label, User Guides and Owner’s Information DVDs incorrectly identify the vehicle’s passenger and driver frontal airbag systems as “Advanced Airbags”. In the event that occupants rely on the Owner’s Information or User Guide, they may position themselves closer to the airbag than they would if compliant information regarding the airbag system had been provided, which may increase the risk of injury to a front seat occupant in a crash where frontal airbag deployment is warranted. Correction: FCA Canada will provide vehicle owners with a supplement to the Owner’s Information DVD and User Guide to reflect the use of non-advanced airbags. Additionally, FCA Canada will also provide a replacement sunvisor airbag warning label to identify airbags as non-advanced.
EQUIPMENT:OTHER:LABELS
Summary
Chrysler (FCA US LLC) is recalling certain 2014-2017 Ram ProMaster vehicles. The sun visor, dashboard labels, and owner's manuals incorrectly state that the vehicles are equipped with frontal driver and passenger advanced air bags when they are not. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 208, "Occupant Crash Protection."
Potential Consequence
The incorrect information may change how close the occupants position themselves to the air bags, increasing the risk of injury in the event of a crash.
Remedy
Chrysler will notify owners, and dealers will correct the sun visor labels, the dashboard (hangtag) label, and the owner's manual and user guide information, free of charge. POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION
Summary
Chrysler (FCA US LLC) is recalling certain model year 2014-2015 Jeep Cherokee and 2015 Chrysler 200, Jeep Renegade, RAM ProMaster, and 2016 Fiat 500X vehicles equipped with 9-speed automatic transmissions. The transmission sensor clusters may have insufficient crimps in the transmission wire harness, and as a result, the transmission may unexpectedly shift to neutral. On August 29, 2016 Chrysler added the 2016 Fiat 500X vehicles to this recall.
Potential Consequence
If the vehicle unexpectedly shifts to neutral, there is an increased risk of a crash.
Remedy
Chrysler will notify owners, dealers will reprogram the Powertrain Control Module and the Transmission Control Module and if necessary replace the transaxle range sensor wire harness, free of charge. Summary
On certain vehicles, a defect may cause the transmission pump rotor to seize or break, resulting in a loss of transmission pressure. This could result in a loss of motive power which, in conjunction with traffic and road conditions, and the driver's reactions may increase the risk of a crash causing injury. Correction: dealers will replace the transmission pump assembly.

*** This notice is provided for information purposes only as the subject equipment is not regulated under the Motor Vehicle Safety Act *** A safety defect may exist in some aftermarket Trailer Tow Light Control Modules supplied by Mopar as a service replacement part. The trailer tow lighting control module may contain a software error that may result in inoperative trailer brake lights after the first actuation of the brakes. Towing a trailer with inoperative brake lights may increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will relocate the CAN-C bus communication connector to under the instrument panel. Connectors exhibiting signs of corrosion will be replaced.

A low-voltage electrical harness connector by the front driver seat may be susceptible to water intrusion and corrosion. Corrosion may result in a loss of communication to the Transmission Control Module (TCM) and may cause the transmission to unexpectedly shift into and stay in neutral without warning the next time that the vehicle stops.
Potential Consequence

This may result in loss of motive power and/or partial or complete loss of function of the following safety systems; Airbag/supplemental restraint systems (SRS), Anti-Lock Brakes (ABS), Electronic Stability Control (ESC) and Instrument Panel Cluster. The loss of motive power, ABS and/or ESC system(s), in conjunction with traffic and road conditions, and the driver's reactions, may increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. The loss of airbag/SRS function in a crash that warrants airbag/SRS function may increase the risk of injury to vehicle occupants. Correction: Dealers will replace the ignition switch contact holder block.

Potential Consequence
An intermittent loss of contact can result in a vehicle stall and/or a partial or complete loss of the air bags, anti-lock brakes, electronic stability control and/or instrument panel cluster. On certain vehicles, the tape used to stow the airbag curtain at the A pillar position could negatively affect the deployment of the side impact curtain airbag, which could increase the risk of injury in a side impact and/or rollover event. Correction: Dealers will remove the tape on the side airbag inflated curtain.

Summary
Chrysler (FCA US LLC) is recalling certain model year 2015 Ram ProMaster City vehicles manufactured November 6, 2014, to March 17, 2015. The affected cargo and passenger vehicles have side air bag inflatable curtains that, due to an installation issue, may not deploy properly. As a result, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 214, "Side Impact Protection."
Potential Consequence
In the event of a crash, side air bag inflatable curtains that do not deploy properly may increase the risk of vehicle occupant injury.
