The DC-DC converter may malfunction due to an electrical overload that can occur during high power demand. Additionally, a software error can cause the DC-DC converter to stop functioning at vehicle start-up under certain circumstances. Failure of the DC-DC converter will result in the loss of 12-Volt system charging and can lead to complete loss of drive power and exterior lighting.

Dealers will update the vehicle software, free of charge. Interim letters notifying owners of the safety risk are expected to be mailed November 13, 2026. Issue: On certain vehicles, the recall repairs completed by a Jaguar dealer during Transport Canada recall nos. 2023-302, 2023-564 and 2024-073 may not be effective. As a result, another repair is required. On certain vehicles, there could be a problem inside the high-voltage battery. As a result, the battery could create smoke or heat, which can melt or damage the battery and nearby parts. Safety Risk: A battery that overheats can create a fire risk. Corrective Actions: To reduce the safety risk, Jaguar recommends that you charge and park your vehicle outside and away from other vehicles or buildings until the recall repairs are completed. As an interim repair, a dealer will update the vehicle software to limit the maximum charge setting at 90% until the recall repairs are available. Once the final repair is available, Jaguar will notify you by mail. The corrective actions for this recall are under development.

Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Jaguar) is recalling certain 2020-2021 Jaguar I-PACE vehicles. The high voltage battery may overheat.
A high voltage battery that overheats increases the risk of a fire.
Owners are advised to park outside and away from structures, charge outside, and limit their charge to a maximum of 90% until the recall repair is complete. As an interim repair, the battery software will be updated by a dealer, or through an over-the-air (OTA) update to limit the state of charge to 90%. The final remedy is currently under development. Repairs will be performed free of charge. Interim letters notifying owners of the safety risk were mailed April 2, 2026. Additional letters will be sent once the final remedy is available. Owners may contact Jaguar's customer service at 1-800-452-4827. Jaguar's numbers for this recall are H570, H571, and H572. This recall replaces NHTSA recall numbers 23V369, 23V709, and 24V085. Vehicles repaired under one or more of the previous recalls will need to have the new remedy completed.

Moisture may have entered the gear shift module (GSM) during assembly, which can cause the gear shift position indicator light to fail. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 101, "Controls and Displays."
A gear shift position indicator that fails to illuminate can make it difficult to identify the correct transmission gear position, increasing the risk of a crash.

On certain vehicles, the rearview camera wiring harness in the trunk could become damaged and cause the rearview image not to display correctly or not to display at all. Canadian regulations require the rearview image to display when the vehicle is reversing. Note: This recall is an expansion of Transport Canada recall no. 2023-401. Safety Risk: A rearview camera image that doesn't display could reduce a driver's ability to see behind the vehicle while backing up. This could increase the risk of a crash.
