Certain S10 and S15 vehicles may exhibit fan blade breakage as a result of fatigue caused by engine and/or vehicle induced stress. If this occurs while the hood is open, a person working under the hood of the vehicle, or in the vicinity of the vehicle, could be struck by a blade segment and injured. Correction: A newly designed fan assembly with longer fasteners will be installed on affected vehicles.
