Issue: Under certain conditions, the front corner radar could falsely detect another vehicle in its lane. If this happens, the vehicle could brake suddenly. Safety Risk: A vehicle that brakes suddenly when there is no risk of collision could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: To reduce the safety risk, Genesis advises not to use the highway driving assist (HDA) feature until the recall repairs have been completed. Genesis will notify owners in writing and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the front bumper beam.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: INSTRUMENT CLUSTER/PANEL

Hyundai Motor America (Hyundai) is recalling certain Genesis 2023-2025 G90 and GV60 vehicles. Due to a software error, the instrument panel display may fail. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 101, "Controls and Displays."
Potential Consequence
An instrument panel display that fails to show critical safety information, such as the speedometer or warning lights, increases the risk of a crash.
Remedy

Issue: On certain vehicles, the low-pressure fuel pump could fail when the outside temperature is high. If this happens, the engine may run rough or may not start. This could also result in a sudden loss of engine power while driving. Note: This recall replaces Transport Canada recall no. 2023-505. Vehicles that were repaired under that recall don't require this repair. Safety Risk: A sudden loss of engine power could increase the risk of a crash.
