VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH HEAVY DUTY STEEL WHEELS. THE CENTRE SPIDER SECTION OF THE WHEELS ON SOME OF THESE CARS MAY NOT HAVE BEEN PROPERLY WELDED TO THE RIN. AS A RESULT THE RIM COULD SEPARATE FROM THE CENTRE SECTION OF THE WHEEL. IF THIS HAPPENS WITH THE VEHICLE IN MOTION IT MAY RESULT IN A LOSS OF VEHICLE CONTROL AND POSSIBLE VEHICLE CRASH.
