On certain vehicles, a defect in the seat heater wiring could cause the front seat heaters to remain on even when the control switch is in the "off" position. This could cause certain areas of the seats to overheat, which could result in injury to seat occupants and increase the risk of a fire causing damage to property. Correction: Dealers will install an additional module which will isolate power supply in the event of a malfunction.

On certain vehicles, the front bottom suspension arm cam bolts may be out of specification. The bolts may be too hard due to incorrect heat treatment and may be prone to snap off along their shank. This failure could allow the lower control arm to move, which will influence the driver's steering control of the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash. Correction: Dealers will replace the front suspension lower control arm cam bolts.

United States records (NHTSA) · 3

These are NHTSA campaigns for 2007 Aston Martin DBS vehicles sold in the United States. They are not Canadian recalls: NHTSA's VIN lookup has no Canadian data, and a US campaign may have no Canadian counterpart, or one under a different number covering different vehicles. For a vehicle sold in Canada, go by the Transport Canada listing above and Aston Martin's Canadian VIN lookup.
