Issue: On certain trucks equipped with a gasoline engine, the engine wiring harness (EGI) may not have been assembled correctly. As a result, an exposed wire could cause a short circuit. If this happens, the engine could stall and/or there could be electrical arcing. Safety Risk: A sudden loss of engine power could increase the risk of a crash. Electrical arcing could damage surrounding material and increase the risk of a fire. Corrective Actions: Nissan will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your truck to a dealer to inspect the EGI harness and replace it with a new one if it is damaged. If no damage is found, the harness will be reassembled correctly.

United States records (NHTSA) · 1

These are NHTSA campaigns for 2020 Nissan Titan XD vehicles sold in the United States. They are not Canadian recalls: NHTSA's VIN lookup has no Canadian data, and a US campaign may have no Canadian counterpart, or one under a different number covering different vehicles. For a vehicle sold in Canada, go by the Transport Canada listing above and Nissan's Canadian VIN lookup.
