Issue: On certain vehicles, the headlamp assemblies may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, on Super Duty models equipped with LED reflector headlamps, the daytime running lamps (DRLs), parking lamps, low beams, and/or high beams may be dim or may not work. On Super Duty models equipped with LED projector headlamps, the daytime running lamps (DRLs) and parking lamps may be dim or may not work. For Expedition models, the low beams and/or high beams may be dim or may not work. Note: This recall only affects vehicles equipped with LED headlamps. Safety Risk: Headlamps, parking lamps and/or daytime running lights (DRLs) that don't work properly could reduce visibility and make the vehicle less visible to other road users. This could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Ford will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and replace the headlamp(s), as necessary.

United States records (NHTSA) · 2

These are NHTSA campaigns for 2027 Ford Expedition vehicles sold in the United States. They are not Canadian recalls: NHTSA's VIN lookup has no Canadian data, and a US campaign may have no Canadian counterpart, or one under a different number covering different vehicles. For a vehicle sold in Canada, go by the Transport Canada listing above and Ford's Canadian VIN lookup.
