On certain vehicles equipped with a 5.0L V8 gasoline engine, a fatigue crack could develop on the cover of the high pressure fuel pump. If the vehicle is operated with this condition, the crack could expand and allow fuel to leak. Leaking fuel in the presence of an ignition source could result in a fire, increasing the risk of injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will replace the high pressure fuel pumps with improved ones.

United States records (NHTSA) · 3

These are NHTSA campaigns for 2018 Lexus LC vehicles sold in the United States. They are not Canadian recalls: NHTSA's VIN lookup has no Canadian data, and a US campaign may have no Canadian counterpart, or one under a different number covering different vehicles. For a vehicle sold in Canada, go by the Transport Canada listing above and Lexus's Canadian VIN lookup.
