Issue: On certain vehicles, a software problem could cause the rearview camera image not to display when the transmission is shifted into reverse. Canadian regulations require the rearview image to display when the vehicle is reversing. Safety Risk: A rearview camera image that doesn't display could reduce a driver's ability to see behind the vehicle while backing up. This could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Ford will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to update the SYNC software.

Issue: On a small number of vehicles modified by Crew Chief Conversions, a fuel hose on the generator may not be properly secured and could leak fuel. Note: This recall only affects vehicles equipped with an Onan QG 2800i generator. Safety Risk: A fuel leak can create the risk of a fire. Corrective Actions: Crew Chief Conversions will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a Cummins authorized service center to inspect the fuel hose between the generator fuel filter and injection pump module. The fuel hose and clamps will be replaced, if necessary. To reduce the safety risk, Crew Chief Conversions advises that you should not use the generator until the recall inspection is completed.

United States records (NHTSA) · 4

These are NHTSA campaigns for 2021 Ford Transit vehicles sold in the United States. They are not Canadian recalls: NHTSA's VIN lookup has no Canadian data, and a US campaign may have no Canadian counterpart, or one under a different number covering different vehicles. For a vehicle sold in Canada, go by the Transport Canada listing above and Ford's Canadian VIN lookup.
