Issue: On certain vehicles, the striker for the seat latches on the second and third row seats may not be properly welded. As a result, the seat or seat belt may not properly restrain passengers in a crash. Safety Risk: A seat or seat belt that moves or detaches in a crash could increase the risk of injury to passengers. Corrective Actions: The company will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to add a striker reinforcement bracket for the second and third row outboard seats.

On certain vehicles, a problem with the brake system may cause gas bubbles to form in the brake fluid. This could cause a soft brake pedal feel and a reduction in brake performance, increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will bleed the rear brakes as necessary.

United States records (NHTSA) · 4

These are NHTSA campaigns for 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan vehicles sold in the United States. They are not Canadian recalls: NHTSA's VIN lookup has no Canadian data, and a US campaign may have no Canadian counterpart, or one under a different number covering different vehicles. For a vehicle sold in Canada, go by the Transport Canada listing above and Dodge's Canadian VIN lookup.
