Issue: On certain vehicles, the recall repairs completed by an FCA dealer during recall A9C (Transport Canada recall no. 2025-590) may not have been done correctly. As a result, a second repair is required. On certain vehicles, a software problem could cause the daytime running lights (DRLs) not to turn on. Issue: On certain vehicles, the rearview camera may not have been manufactured properly and/or there could be a problem in the rearview camera software. As a result, the rearview camera image may not display. Safety Risk: A rearview camera image that doesn't display could reduce a driver's ability to see behind the vehicle while backing up. This could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: FCA Canada will notify owners in writing and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to update the rearview camera software. For certain vehicles, the dealer will also replace the radio assembly.

Issue: On certain vehicles, the tire and loading information label does not list that there is no spare tire in both official languages. The label reads as "NONE" when it should read as "NONE / AUCUN". Canadian regulations require the information to be listed on the label in both English and French. Safety Risk: This error does not affect vehicle safety. Corrective Actions: This is not a recall. The company has corrected the tire and loading information label for all new vehicles.

Issue: On certain vehicles, the compliance label doesn't list the gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR), the tire size or the rim size. This could lead to overloading of the vehicle. Additionally, when the rims and tires are replaced, the wrong rims and/or tires could be installed. Both issues could cause poor handling or a tire failure. Safety Risk: Poor handling or a tire failure could cause a loss of control and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: FCA Canada will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to install a corrected compliance label.
