The label reads as "NONE" when it should read as "NONE / AUCUN". Canadian regulations require the information to be listed on the label in both English and French. Note: For the Grand Cherokee model, this recall affects 2022-2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee and 2021-2023 Grand Cherokee L models. Safety Risk: A rearview camera image that doesn't display could reduce a driver's ability to see behind the vehicle while backing up. This could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: FCA Canada will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to update the radio software.

As a result, you may not be able to see certain information about the vehicle, including the gauges, messages, and tell-tale graphics. Corrective Actions: FCA Canada will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to update the body control module (BCM) software.

   Issue: On a small number of vehicles, the head restraints on the front seats may not have been properly welded. As a result, a head restraint could move or detach from a seat in a crash. Safety Risk: Head restraints that move or detach in a crash could increase the risk of an injury. Corrective Actions: FCA Canada will contact owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the front seat head restraints.
