   Issue: On certain vehicles, the side curtain airbag(s) may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the airbag(s) may not inflate properly in a crash. Note: This is an expansion of Transport Canada recalls 2025-291 and 2025-454. Safety Risk: A side curtain airbag that doesn't work properly could increase the risk of injury in a crash. Corrective Actions: FCA Canada will notify owners in writing and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the side curtain airbag(s), as necessary.

   Issue: On certain vehicles converted for wheelchair access by Vantage Mobility, the wheelchair tie-down retractors may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the retractor(s) may not lock automatically. If this happens, the wheelchair may not be secured correctly and could move in a crash. Note: This recall only affects certain Q'Straint QRT-DELUXE and QRT-MAX wheelchair retractors with the part number Q8-6200 or Q8-6209. Safety Risk: A wheelchair that moves in a crash could increase the risk of injury. Corrective Actions: To reduce the safety risk, Vantage Mobility recommends you confirm the wheelchair is secured properly by attempting to move it before driving until the recall repairs have been completed. Vantage Mobility will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a Vantage Mobility service center to inspect and, if necessary, replace the wheelchair retractor(s).

As a result, the retractor(s) may not lock automatically. If this happens, the wheelchair may not be secured correctly and could move in a crash. Note: This recall only affects certain Q'Straint QRT-DELUXE and QRT-MAX wheelchair retractors with the part number Q8-6200 or Q8-6209. Safety Risk: A wheelchair that moves in a crash could increase the risk of injury.    Issue: On certain vehicles converted for wheelchair access by BraunAbility, the occupant restraint tie-down pucks may not have been tightened properly. As a result, the tie-down pucks could become loose and detach in a crash. Safety Risk: Tie-down pucks that detach in a crash could increase the risk of injury. Corrective Actions: BraunAbility will notify owners by mail and advise you to take you vehicle to a BraunAbility service center to inspect and, if necessary, tighten the occupant restraint tie-down pucks.

   Issue: On certain vehicles, the side curtain airbag(s) may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the airbag(s) may not inflate properly in a crash. Safety Risk: A side curtain airbag that doesn't work properly could increase the risk of injury in a crash. Corrective Actions: FCA Canada will notify owners in writing. The corrective actions for this recall are under development.

   Issue: On certain vehicles, the tire and loading information label does not list that there is no spare tire in both official languages. The label reads as "NONE" when it should read as "NONE / AUCUN". Canadian regulations require the information to be listed on the label in both English and French. Safety Risk: This error does not affect vehicle safety. Corrective Actions: This is not a recall. The company has corrected the tire and loading information label for all new vehicles.
