   Issue: On certain vehicles, the tire and loading information label does not list that there is no spare tire in both official languages. The label reads as "NONE" when it should read as "NONE / AUCUN". Canadian regulations require the information to be listed on the label in both English and French. Safety Risk: This error does not affect vehicle safety. Corrective Actions: This is not a recall. The company has corrected the tire and loading information label for all new vehicles.

   Certain vehicles may have been built with a defective powertrain controller. If the powertrain controller fails while driving the engine may stall, increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will replace the powertrain controller.

   Note: This recall affects the following Powertrain Control Modules (PCM) that were sold through dealers as high-performance accessories: - Mopar Stage 1 high performance Powertrain Control Modules (PCM), part numbers P5160023 and P5160025 (campaign U82) - Mopar high performance Powertrain Control Modules (PCM) included in the Demon Crate, part number 68412287AA (campaign U83) On certain vehicles, an electronic fault may create a situation where the cruise control cannot be deactivated. If this occurs and the driver does not apply the brakes or shift the transmission to neutral, the vehicle could maintain speed or accelerate without warning, increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will inspect the PCM software and perform an update as necessary. Note: In the interim, owners are advised not to use the cruise control until the vehicle is repaired. This is a voluntary recall that is not being conducted under the requirements of the Motor Vehicle Safety Act, as these aftermarket products were not regulated by the Act.

   On certain vehicles, an electronic fault may create a situation where the cruise control cannot be deactivated.    On certain vehicles equipped with an 8-speed transmission, an incorrect park lock rod may have been installed during the transmission assembly process. This could cause the transmission to lose the Park function, which could result in unintended vehicle movement, which would increase the risk of crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will replace the park lock rods.
