Issue: On certain vehicles, if the tire repair kit nozzle is not properly attached to the tire valve, pressure could build up in the sealant bottle. As a result, excessive pressure could cause the bottle cap to detach. Safety Risk: If the bottle cap detaches, it could increase the risk of injury. Corrective Actions: Honda will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the nozzle on the tire repair kit. If the sealant bottle has been previously used, it will be replaced.

Issue: On certain vehicles, the seat belt pretensioner(s) may be missing a rivet. As a result, the seat belt pretensioner(s) may not work properly in a crash. Note: On Accord models, only the driver's side pretensioner could be affected. On HR-V models, both the driver's and passenger's side pretensioners could be affected. Safety Risk: A seat belt pretensioner that doesn't work properly could increase the risk of injury in a crash. Corrective Action: Honda will notify owners by mail and advise you to bring your vehicle to a dealership to inspect the seat belt pretensioner(s). If a rivet is missing, the pretensioner will be replaced.
