IF THE VEHICLE IS OPERATED IN HOT WEATHER, THERE IS A POSSIBILITY THAT THE PLASTIC WELDS SECURING THE REAR SEAT BELT BUCKLE RELEASE BUTTON TO THE SPRING MAY FAIL. THIS COULD RESULT IN PARTIAL ENGAGEMENT OF THE SEAT BELT TONGUE IN THE BUCKLE OR NOT BEING ABLE TO LATCH THE SEAT BELT. IF A PARTIAL ENGAGEMENT OCCURS, IT MAY CAUSE THE SEAT BELT TONGUE TO COME OUT OF THE BUCKLE IN THE EVENT OF A COLLISION OR HARD BRAKING OF THE VEHICLE. CORRECTION: ALL REAR SEAT BELT BUCKLES WILL BE REPLACED WITH NEW ONES.

United States records (NHTSA) · 1

These are NHTSA campaigns for 1992 Nissan NX vehicles sold in the United States. They are not Canadian recalls: NHTSA's VIN lookup has no Canadian data, and a US campaign may have no Canadian counterpart, or one under a different number covering different vehicles. For a vehicle sold in Canada, go by the Transport Canada listing above and Nissan's Canadian VIN lookup.
