THIS COULD OCCUR IF CERTAIN MANUAL WELD OPERATIONS WERE NOT PERFORMED DURING FRAME FABRICATION. SEVERE OPERATING CONDITIONS WHICH MAY OCCUR IN POLICE DUTY, MAY CAUSE CRACKING AROUND THE GUSSET, ALLOWING IT TO SEPARATE FROM THE FRAME.
