Issue: On certain vehicles, the inverter for the drive unit could fail and cause a loss of power to the wheels. Note: This recall only affects certain Air Pure rear-wheel drive models. Safety Risk: A sudden loss of power to the wheels could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Lucid will notify owners by mail and send a wireless over-the-air software update to each vehicle to install an advanced diagnostic software that will monitor the inverter and warn you if it detects a problem. If you see this warning, you should contact a Lucid Service Center or Lucid Customer Care to arrange for the replacement of the inverter, as necessary.

Lucid USA, Inc. (Lucid) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Air vehicles equipped with rear-wheel drive. The Gen 4 inverter may experience internal friction and become damaged, causing a loss of drive power.
A loss of drive power increases the risk of a crash.
Lucid will release an over-the-air (OTA) software update to continually inspect for an inverter failure. If a failure is detected Lucid will replace the inverter, free of charge. Lucid USA, Inc. (Lucid) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Gravity vehicles. The lap belt anchor brackets on the second row seats may have insufficient welds, which can cause bracket failure. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard numbers 207, “Seating Systems” and 210, “Seat Belt Assembly Anchorages.”
Seat bracket failure can increase the risk of injury during a crash.

Turn your vehicle off and on again" message to be displayed. This recall only affects vehicles equipped with the optional DreamDrive Pro package. Safety Risk: A rearview camera image that doesn't display could reduce a driver's ability to see behind the vehicle while backing up. This could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Lucid will notify owners by mail. Lucid has sent a wireless over-the-air software update to each vehicle. If you haven't yet accepted the software update, Lucid encourages you to do so. If you need assistance with this update, you should contact Lucid customer care or a Lucid service center. There is no further action needed if your vehicle has software version 2.8.17 or a later release.
