On certain motorcycles, the oil filter may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, under certain conditions, the filter could loosen and create an oil leak. Safety Risk: An oil leak near the rear tire could affect handling and control of the motorcycle. An oil leak could create a hazard for others. Both issues could increase the risk of a crash. On certain motorcycles equipped with a Continental ContiSportAttack or ContiSportAttack2 front tire, a separation may develop between the thread, belt and carcass. This could potentially result in rapid air loss and/or tire failure, which could affect vehicle handling and increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or property damage. Correction: Dealers will replace affected tires.
